The service technician was very knowledgeable about the system. He investigated the cause of the trouble notifications and corrected the problem. He was very energetic and completely investigated the system to make sure everything was working correctly. He will be returning to replace some defective components.

Tim is a professional security system installer. He tightened up my existing system along with adding a new panel, CO, and Smoke detector's. He was quick and efficient. He explained the new system to me with patience and made sure to leave his number just in case I have a quick question in the future.
