Oh my God Guardian has the nicest employees working for their company. They are very informative. They take their time to let you understand their equipment. They’re not out trying to make a sale or just beat you out of money. Technican was were helpful and professional went the extra mile to ensure everything was repaird
I signed up with Frase And then Guardian bought them. When I finally reached out To them to fix some issues, they have been completely responsive and John their technician has been amazing! He stayed from 8 AM until past 6 pm putting up my cameras and fixing my alarm system And was genuinely helpful, kind, and patient the entire time! In the same age where Customer Service tends to be so poor he was Absolutely phenomenal!!

Great services and performance from Columbus! My technician excelled in communication and I would recommend this service over any other competitor 100%! My technician was named Joseph Little we spoke about the system and more into how this will protect my family and he gets 5/5 ⭐️ he helped me all the way through and was very patient with all questions I’ve had about this security system! Me and my wife are happy with our new security system this is a go out and buy it now!

My technician was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the difficulty I was experiencing and took care of it very quickly.

Michael, the technician who came to update my Guardian Alarm system and install a security doorbell camera did an excellent job. His knowledge and experience enabled him to work quite efficiently to complete the installation.
Michael took the time to patiently show me how to install and use the new App for my new system. I'm a happy camper!
