Tim Kapottos deserves more than 5 stars for work “above and beyond” upgrading my Guardian alarm system in the fall of 2025. He is an expert technician, a great problem solver and a genuinely nice person. The upgrades were expected to be relatively simple, but turned out to be more complex. Tim had to solve a number of unexpected problems to complete the work, and he worked methodically to solve each one. He also took the time to explain what was happening. The next time I need a Guardian technician, I hope it’s Tim (or someone he trained).

We’ve had a series’s of updates needed due to switching wifi companies. Finally guardian sent Collin K. who was amazing, Knowledgeable and able to solve our problem.
We had other techs out who were unable to resolve our issues and needed to escalate for a senior tech.
Collin I was able to troubleshoot our panels and cameras and Wi-Fi! He knew what At&T needed to change and called with me. Experience was amazing.

They sent a few text messages through the week to notify appointment. Once the day of appointment was here, they called and confirmed the 1 to 2 hour window they were showing up. 30 minutes before they called to make sure we were still home and ready for their arrival. They showed up and fixed the problem within 10/20 minutes.
